but okay I like how our dystopian futures are like, mostly less dystopian than the present

Some day we'll have a game that's able to talk about systemic oppression of actual people and not robot or alien stand-ins for actual people.

in the future they can make androids that are largely indistinguishable from humans but they can't make a self-cleaning toilet

It's not that I object to doing chores in games--I actually appreciate having a game in which you play an android that actually makes you do some mundane work--but like why establish these world details when they make no sense?

You know, there was a way to do this just as effectively WITHOUT actually showing it. Without turning it into a scene for the audience to consume and enjoy. There was a way to do it ethically and gracefully. But instead we got this clumsiness.

I am a musician and I can't parse this music minigame, like it's just a rhythm game as far as I can tell but presumably this is an IN-WORLD music notation form and I can't tell how it's supposed to work because there's no absolute frame of reference for the pitches
