If you want to convince an ideological nonvoter to vote, have an actual conversation with them. It may take several. You may succeed, or it may not. But you're going to have to be humble and curious and engaged. It'll take work.
But if you want to bring youth voter statistics up, don't worry about ideological nonvoters. Instead, fight for candidates who will protect voting rights and expand voter access. Register people to vote. Door-knock to tell people where their polling places are. Mobilize people.
