James O'Keefe has captured Beto O'Rourke staffers talking about using campaign resources to bring blankets, water, and food to Honduran asylum seekers who had a sick child
Can't tell from the videos how much O'Keefe's own operative had to with this nefarious scheme to violate campaign finance law
O'Keefe, in the 23rd minute of the video: "Helping immigrants who are in this country legally is not a bad thing. and it's possible -- it's possible! -- conceivable that some of the immigrants featured in this story were here legally."

it is legal for political campaigns to donate to charity, which is what appears to have happened here.

As is often the case, you can’t go by O’Keefe’s descriptions of his own videos

This video is similar to O’Keefe’s ACORN video in which he or his operative say a bunch of stuff, the people he’s secretly filming try to be nice, and then he calls them criminals to the world.
A key difference: the new video doesn’t show how the conversation started. We’re left to wonder whether helping the migrants was O’Keefe’s idea in the first place!
