Such calls by the Dear Leader for violent groups to support him rarely go unanswered, usually with both open and tacit state support.
Several well-funded "youth groups" appeared to harass and intimidate our anti-Putin marches, people would stalk & attack our speakers, etc. The police never arrested them, only us.
In my Jan 2017 "warning signs" talk, the appearance of such groups and the use of or creation of security forces for personal or political goals were high on the list.
