Alaina Housley, 18, recently started her freshman year at Pepperdine University. "We are devastated that her life was cut short in this manner," her aunt and uncle said.
Cody Coffman, 22, was the oldest son of Jason Coffman, who confirmed his death amid sobs in an interview with reporters. "This is going to be absolutely heart-wrenching time for me and my family," Jason Coffman said.
A longtime friend of Justin Meek's described the 23-year-old as a "teddy bear" who loved country music.
Daniel Manrique, 33, was a native of Thousand Oaks and had served in Afghanistan with the Marine Corps. After leaving the service, he worked for a nonprofit that helped provide financial-planning assistance for veterans with mental health diagnoses.
Telemachus "Tel" Orfanos, 27, survived last year's deadly shooting in Las Vegas. The Navy veteran's father told NPR that Orfanos loved country music, which is why he was at the music festival in 2017 and was at the Borderline Bar & Grill.
Noel Sparks, 21, was a student at Moore College. A relative called her "a beautiful soul."
Sean Adler, 48, worked at the bar as a bouncer. He also owned a coffee shop called Rivalry Roasters, which he opened over the summer. "He was someone that went after his dreams, someone who was always trying to find his dreams," a friend told The Los Angeles Times.
Kristina Morisette reportedly was working at the bar's front desk when the gunman walked in and started firing. "We didn't want her life to end, but we don't want her memories now to end, either," the 20-year-old's parents said.
Marky Meza Jr. was less than two weeks shy of his 21st birthday later this month, his family told KEYT-TV. He worked as a busboy and food runner at the Borderline Bar & Grill.
Blake Dingman and Jake Dunham, both 21, embraced the off-roading scene together, Dingman's former classmate Kyle Koh told NPR.
Dingman's younger brother wrote about feeling overwhelmed by grief: "Blake, I love you so much and I miss you more than you can imagine."

Dunham's sister said the family was awakened at 1 a.m. with the news that he was missing. Eleven hours later, they learned he was dead.
