1. Intensified infrastructure development and upgrade
2. Specific plans for the Education sector will involve re training of teachers, reconstruction and digital equipping of 10,000 schools per year
3. The consolidation and institutionalisation of the Social Investment programmes of the administration by setting up the Peoples-Moni bank which will offer loans of up to N1m for artisans, traders etc at single digit interest. Beneficiaries will be increased to 10m persons
4. The Administration will at the #NextLevel , increase women participation in governance and appointments to 35% while opening up space for more youths in agencies board appointments and mentoring programmes

Keep in mind there are multiple work sites for the construction: Onitsha and Asaba ends.And then there’s a Construction Yard in Onitsha where stuff like precasting (concrete) and fabrication are going on.
