I've made several changes this month

- 2 new niches sites
- 3 new VAs
- Cutting daily emails down to 3
- Increase focused on paid group coaching
- Updated positioning

And more..

But I don't consider them changes

The point is to continuously EVOLVE over time
A lot of young people and new business owners get stagnant

You're not consciously evolving or growing

It's not going to happen every day

And a year is too long for a meaningful feedback loop

But I'm sure you can make progress every single week

Yes - EVERY week
Birthdays are only once a year

New Year's is only once a year

Summer is only once a year

We like to think about our lives during these events

But they don't happen often

Shorter feedback loops will force you to grow faster

THREAD // Making Friends Is Easier Than You Think

Had a great time with @MyLatinLife @NomadicHustler and @_RobORourke at dinner last night

It's easy when you're in school

But a lot of people seem to have trouble making new friends as they get older
The school environment is conducive to friendship because you spend so much time together

You share classes, activities and meals together so it's easy to find your tribe

Because you're younger, your standards are also low

You haven't refined who you are and what you want
As you get older and finish school, you're not really forced to be anywhere except work (if you work in an office)

A lot of people struggle with making new friends because they don't SEEK OUT additional activities that put them in environments where they can make friends

I've invested more money in my business in the past 4 days than most freelancers invest in a year

That's how the game is played

If you're an EMPLOYEE, then your income is probably the same as it was 12 months ago

But if you're an ENTREPRENEUR, your income should be higher
I know some of you work hard and that's great

But I believe you need to think about AGGRESSIVE growth

If you've been stuck at $1,500 for the past 12 months, what are you waiting for?

AS SOON AS you see an urgent problem in your business, FIX IT

Don't wait 6 months or a year
Same thing with prospecting

If you've been cold emailing for 2 months with no results, FIX IT ASAP

If you've been posting on Facebook or LinkedIn for 3 months with no leads, FIX IT

- Talk to people
- Buy a course
- Join a group

Be aggressive about solving problems

Everyone so full of praise for the actions of this police officer, but outraged that the men in the video were not arrested, should realize that it was in fact the cop in question who made that decision.

Here are 7 no-bullshit ways to turn Twitter into a self-development tool.

(Brief thread)
1. Only follow accounts that drop useful information based on your goals.

Any account that doesn't help you (in terms of mindset & practical information) should either be unfollowed or put on a separate list - such as politics.

Cut the bullshit and you'll be less distracted.
2. When you see a useful tweet or thread - SAVE IT SOMEWHERE that you will see it (I use @evernote)

Knowledge bombs are dropped all the time if you follow the right people - but they are very rarely put to use.

Save what you're not immediately ready for but you can use later.
