I've made several changes this month

- 2 new niches sites
- 3 new VAs
- Cutting daily emails down to 3
- Increase focused on paid group coaching
- Updated positioning

And more..

But I don't consider them changes

The point is to continuously EVOLVE over time
A lot of young people and new business owners get stagnant

You're not consciously evolving or growing

It's not going to happen every day

And a year is too long for a meaningful feedback loop

But I'm sure you can make progress every single week

Yes - EVERY week
Birthdays are only once a year

New Year's is only once a year

Summer is only once a year

We like to think about our lives during these events

But they don't happen often

Shorter feedback loops will force you to grow faster

THREAD // Making Friends Is Easier Than You Think

Had a great time with @MyLatinLife @NomadicHustler and @_RobORourke at dinner last night

It's easy when you're in school

But a lot of people seem to have trouble making new friends as they get older
The school environment is conducive to friendship because you spend so much time together

You share classes, activities and meals together so it's easy to find your tribe

Because you're younger, your standards are also low

You haven't refined who you are and what you want
As you get older and finish school, you're not really forced to be anywhere except work (if you work in an office)

A lot of people struggle with making new friends because they don't SEEK OUT additional activities that put them in environments where they can make friends

I've invested more money in my business in the past 4 days than most freelancers invest in a year

That's how the game is played

If you're an EMPLOYEE, then your income is probably the same as it was 12 months ago

But if you're an ENTREPRENEUR, your income should be higher
I know some of you work hard and that's great

But I believe you need to think about AGGRESSIVE growth

If you've been stuck at $1,500 for the past 12 months, what are you waiting for?

AS SOON AS you see an urgent problem in your business, FIX IT

Don't wait 6 months or a year
Same thing with prospecting

If you've been cold emailing for 2 months with no results, FIX IT ASAP

If you've been posting on Facebook or LinkedIn for 3 months with no leads, FIX IT

- Talk to people
- Buy a course
- Join a group

Be aggressive about solving problems

The only list you need when it comes to looking for a life partner is the one that details your values, your non-negotiable values, what you have to offer & how you want them to make you feel & visa versa. Material things shouldn’t be on this list, they come & go. #relationships
If you have no idea of what your values are they you won’t be able to stand by them or recognise when they Re being compromised. What are the values that you need your life partner to hold? If you don’t know you won’t recognise when they don’t have them.
It this lack of clarity that gets us into trouble, we can’t listen to an intuition that we haven’t cultivated.

Thread: Mueller recommended zero jail time for Flynn, but years in jail for Cohen, even though both have provided "substantial cooperation." That difference partly is due to diffs in the sentencing guidelines for their respective crimes -- BUT it also may contain a clue. 1/
There are two ways a prosecutor can reward a defendant for cooperation. The first is prior to sentencing, via a "5K 1.1 motion." That's what Mueller did with Flynn. That's for when the prosecutor already has extracted everything he expects to get from the cooperator. 2/
But that doesn't work when the prosecutor needs the witness to CONTINUE cooperating after sentencing, because once the defendant has received a relatively low sentence, the prosecutor loses leverage. He can't have the sentence INCREASED for failure to keep cooperating. 3/

Narcissists excel in sabotage because they get narcissistic supply from the power and control of creating a threatening and competitive atmosphere. Their tendency to sociopathy means they are fed just as well from negative attention as positive, if need be.
The G7 Summit illustrates how a big part of narcissistic abuse is isolation. In personal relationships, narcissists isolate their victims from family and friends.
By separating the target from allies, the narcissist gains greater control because moderating, reasonable, countering forces to the abuse are removed. Exploitation and identity erosion becomes easier when the checks and balances of allies are eliminated from the target’s life.
