I have a feeling that most people do not understand the scope of the St. Petersburg News for $NEO yet.

Yesterday $NEO held a meetup in Russia and announced a new developer group that will coexist with @coz_official, @NewEconoLab and @NeoResearch_NEO. It is called @neospcc and is actually a research and development company. @fabwa, a CoZ member, put big efforts into this

NSPCC is going to develop NeoFS, a distributed Filesystem on #blockchain for the #smarteconomy.

The development team acquired a lot of great developers, some of them former employeers of Dell, Samsung, Whatsapp etc.

They really seem to be have a top notch team there.

NeoFS is going to be compatible to Amazon S3 and Dropbox, which is critical for enterprise level applications.
Storage will be bought via CGAS ($GAS NEP5) and the filesystem will be integrated into $NEO natively.

Another big news is, that NSPCC collaborates with multiple russian universities like the St.Petersburg State University of Economics and the ITMO University. NSPCC will be given the chance to create a specialized Master's program at ITMO.

The biggest news of the day: $NEO will be aided a unique level of support by RACIB, the official russian blockchain hub. Russia will involve $NEO in terms of regulation and legislation.

NSPCC also has full support from @NEO_Blockchain which will help to launch the project in the first stages.

We will see the first results in early to mid 2019 and i am pretty excited for NeoFS. But i am more excited for the russian NEO Competence Center, which is big.
