Here is everything I can find out (part 3):
I'm gonna get right into it. I'll just post everything right now and give credits at the end to the people who sent these to me.
Looks like two new accounts have come up. "DRT8190729" and "aka_nostress". The second one doesn't really seem like a genuine part of this. I mean, their location is set to "the space" and their header is a picture of a Calvin Klein model, but again, make of it what you will. 
The first person's account is where things take a more interesting turn. Some of their messages are written in what looks like Serbian Cyrillic, some of it is in English, and some of it's in numbers.
Here's more. This person claims his name is Saygun Alamora and that something will happen on 4818. This isn't consistent with the rest of this story so far. The date 41818 (April 18, 2018) comes up a lot, but I don't think I've seen 4818 come up.
This is the final screenshot that I got from his account. I'm going to be busy most of the day, so I won't be able to be as active as I was, but if anyone gets around to cracking his messages, I'd really appreciate it if you could DM me what you know.
I also had this screenshot sent to me. It's a message that this "Saygun" person sent to someone. It asks for assistance and talks about devilish beings. He claims he has valuable information and appears to be asking the recipient of the message to translate the numbers he sent.
There's also this reddit thread that was linked to me, posted by /u/skimmer47 six hours ago. Have a read for yourselves if you want, but I took screenshots of some of the important parts.
I'll admit that this is not the first time something like this has come out of reddit's users. What I find strangest about the post is that it was put on this person's profile, not to a subreddit (a reddit community). It's not clear to me what their intentions were.
The last paragraph particularly got my attention, because it mentions the NATO phonetic alphabet in which the voicemails were sent out, and talks about a message bomb being sent through cell carriers to spread the word.
Of course, it could still be someone just messing around and trying to take advantage of the situation for attention, but like I said, if that were the case, I don't know why they would post it to their profile and not a subreddit, where it would gain a lot more traction.
Now we've got this "d6a7c7617be97c1" person too. The description on their account lists the Roman numerals for 4, 1, and 8 (in that order) and a broken-up message stating "Hawkings code".
The almost two-minute-long video on their account seems to consist of mostly something like static, like a radio signal.
Please retweet this thread for visibility. I'm actually in a car as I'm typing these Tweets and I won't have much free time today to decode any of what I've posted or even respond to messages, so I want to get as many people as possible on this.

I guess there's no real point in continuing this thread since the whole thing was an ARG all this time. I'm still impressed by @Cicada3311 and everyone else who was behind this for coming up with it. It was interesting while it lasted.

On a last note, Tyler (formerly @strayedaway) is alright, his best friend says he made the choice to deactivate for a while, but someone from 4chan is currently trying to dox him for whatever reason. I'll update you guys if anything new comes up.
