Oh god, don’t TELL him.
This is sort of a joke, but… mostly not: I think he remains clueless about the full range of powers available to the executive branch & would be much, much more dangerous if his ignorance were remedied.
He’s been utterly shameless in doling out pardons, & invoked a “national security” tariff power as a naked pretext to enact trade policy even his supine Congress might balk at. I have zero doubt that his forbearance in other domains is a function of ignorance, not restraint.
