The two Ukrainian individuals are Artem Sytnyk and Serhiy Leshchenko of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. They disclosed the secret ledger which led to the New York Times article in August 2016 about Paul Manafort.
Serhiy Leshchenko, the lawmaker, provided some of this information to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
