We want policies like Medicare for All, Free College, Jobs Programs, Unions, etc because we would greatly benefit from them as a community. If you think dancing at our cookouts an going to our grandparents churches are going to distract us from our goals, think again.
Cause like I said, those babies grew up, persisted, became more educated, learned better organizing, and grew from the hells ya’ll created. We didn’t die, we thrived and we’re coming for what’s ours.
We learned from our history, see the present and are planning for a future. We’re building coalitions (we like working with other marginalized groups 😉) and we plan to take what’s ours. We gotta do it. For The Culture.

So, like I said. Go ahead. Go to those churches (I wouldn’t advise it as it won’t help) but do you boo. Make sure you raise your hand during roll call and when we have the “welcome visitors” moment stand up so we can take notes, write down names and remember you.
