The Sunday Times reports cabinet ministers are seeking legal advice on whether A50 can be revoked without primary legislation. @GoodLawProject already has litigation before the Court of Session in Scotland which will answer that question. /1
That case returns from the CJEU to Scotland on Thursday. The Inner House will be invited to make directions for a speedy resolution of the question. We invite @DLidington, this time, to work with not against us in clarifying this further question of great national importance. /2
