There are many highly overrated phenomenons in Lagos’ elephant projects. I’m sure many will slit their wrists when the light rail project launches & worship the oppressors. The question MUST always be “At What Cost?!” Have you evaluated & verified what U’re told against reality?
The reality here as revealed is that CRCC Ltd got a contract from LASG to build the Blue and Red Lines at a total cost of RMB1.256b ($181m)*

No man is infallible & none is incapable of cruelty. It’s dangerously incorrect to assume anyone can not hurt a fly. If there is any such predisposition then you have an entity that is absolutely a victim to anyone who is. Some hail evil because it agrees with an energy within.⛱
This is not a justification of evil or an excuse for bad behavior. It is simply the test of he strength of character and self respect. Respect people with the capability of great evil but got this under control than people who demonstrate their monstrosity for selfish gains.
But one who feign inability to be cruel is either mendacious or gravely naive. Such is emblematic of the weakest of all beings without an iota of capability of leadership. Those who guarantee peace are those who tame their monstrosity. I’m not a saint & will not pretend to be one
