While we tried as much as possible to avert major disasters in the past 48hours, we can’t but be grateful to patriotic officers within the @PoliceNG structures that allowed the Spirit of the Yuletide influence their actions. We have recorded far less casualties in 3years.
We are however concerned about the 100s of @PoliceNG officers dismissed for desertion. We are concerned about the selection process and this will be lookied into as we proceed. The low record of oppression, abduction & extortion of our youth this Christmas shows we can do more. 
This doesn’t take away the fact that citizens have a who,e lot of thinking to do in their decision towards the realignment of leadership to purpose in 2019. All our institutions are under great pressure & stress by the enemies of our democracy. We are all Victims.
It is not the time to allow unpatriotic felons distract us from the major issues. Articles about who should not be president in my honest opinion is a distraction from the core referendum against evil and chaotic leadership in 2019. #NeverAgain
If going by corruption allegations & the ongoing heists cum brigandage, there shouldn’t be a country now but an all out bloody revolution. Ours is a civilized republic where the rules of engagement must differ from the barbaric approaches that have plunged many nations into chaos
The same reason we fought the prejudices and discrimination against Distinguished @YeleSowore when he was delisted from debating by #NESG #BON folks who are clearly ingratiating themselves with the status quo and showing loyalty.
The same way we have sent stern words out to organizers of major town halls across universities not to join the bandwagon of unconscionable practitioners seeking to payback any candidate with exclusion based on lame excuses. This only shows you don’t understand what is at stake.
On our part we will not be participating in any program towards 2019 that discriminates against any candidate. Every candidate MUST be given a chance to debate and participate having qualified based on popular demands via polls. Any other undemocratic criteria shows bias.
When we join multitudes to do evil, we contribute to the ills buffeting us as a nation. We become culpable in the wanton deaths of the innocent owing the failure of the structures of the state across board. Our issue is majorly the dearth of visionary & competent leadership.
I speak for Next of kins of our fallen heroes in the Police, Army, Navy, AirForce, DSS & Civil Defense. Most of them don’t have the luxury of Protest as bound by regimented rules. Our informed action is the only way their prayers can be answered. This is beyond sentiments.
In a few weeks we will be making a major decisionthat will determine the future of Nigeria and the kind of legacy we will bequeath to our children. It is not a reality TV show. You are not picking a saint, messiah or friend but choosing between Freedom and Continuous Oppression.
I have an opinion and reservation about all the candidates but most times when given a choice between being right and being kind...it is wise to be kind. Every candidate deserves a fair chance based on meritocracy & competence. The good news is that we have choices & no excuses.
Vote your conscience and avoid distractions. We all have seen how far we have gone in 3 years as compared to how much Ethiopia achieved in months. We have lost fellow citizens who don’t deserve to die and most importantly we have lost patriots & businesses. Think deep.
Politicians will learn nothing when rewarded with more opportunities to ruin when they have clearly shown morbid incompetence and negligence. A referendum is proper every now and then. We have done this before and we can do it again. The chaos must not continue. #Referendum2019
