Not sure that this guys understands the magnitude of the earthquake that is about to hit- if so, he would certainly think the Situation Room is appropriate. 
He was Hussein's Global Engagement director 2013-2015. Wonder if he was part of the installation operation for bugging the WH? Perhaps that is why the move to have the meeting in the situation room has him worried.
