High on @RepMaxineWaters' agenda are Deutschebank loans to Trump & Trump's roll-back of banking regulations.

She also aims to empower the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which the Trump administration has been gutting.

2/ Intelligence Cmte. (No Twitter handle yet)

Under R's, Intel impeded the Russia probe, pushed Deep State conspiracy theories & blocked subpoenas.

But now, @RepAdamSchiff is staffing up Intel for a real investigation of Russia's attack on democracy & Trump campaign complicity.

3/ Judiciary Cmte. (@HouseJudiciary)

Under R's, the Judiciary Cmte. attacked the DOJ & FBI to protect Trump & Republicans.

@RepJerryNadler will oversee the DOJ, as well as immigration & voting rights issues.

Nadler says Trump crony & Acting AG Whitaker will be a first witness.

4/ Oversight & Gov't Reform Cmte. (@OversightDems)

Oversight Chair @RepCummings will oversee all exec. agencies. Under R's, agencies ignored his requests. They will now be forced to comply.

The agenda?

Border crisis, EPA, Javanka emails & foreign gov't payments to Trump Org.

5/ Ways & Means Cmte. (@WaysMeansCmte)

@RepRichardNeal is now in a position to protect safety net programs like Social Security & Medicare through Ways & Means.

With oversight of the Treasury Dept., he can now also demand #TrumpTaxReturns & encourage executive transparency.
