Didn’t get your federal paycheck? Can’t pay rent? Pitch your tent at a #Trumptown outside his DC Hotel or NYC tower. Eat, drink and when you’ve got to go, go ... wherever. The mayor and police chief can keep the place nice and clean, just like a detention center on the border.
Make sure to politely ask to use the facilities in the hotel or tower. But if the answer is no ....
I am not advocating civil disobedience at any modern Hooverville or #Trumptown
That’s the entire point of having the DC and NYC mayor and police chief maintain order. Keeping visitors and emoluments flowing into Trump properties is surely their top priority.

To avoid improper augmentation of official federal government communications functions during a shutdown when normal functions are suspended Twitter should suspend all Twitter accounts of all federal officials until the government reopens.
Start with @realdonaldtrump.
@realDonaldTrump When the government is open Twitter is just one of many means of communication, particularly in the Executive Branch. During a shutdown the Executive Branch —particularly POTUS — relies so heavily on Twitter that anti-augmentation statutes are a real issue.
@realDonaldTrump In a shutdown situation when normal functions are suspended, including communications, government officials with large Twitter following have an even greater disproportionate advantage than they normally do. The government— or what’s left of it — is being run via Twitter.
