How Artem became an oligarch, and how he became an oligarch at such a young age, is unclear.

So at 8:08am (1/10/19) Klyushin stated that we should expect Trump to declare a State of Emergency. At 8:18am he goes on to explain WHY Trump hasn’t done so - yet. Trump would prefer to work with Congress.

So why is a Russian National explaining our President’s every move?

Klyushin continues “it is much easier to declare a state of emergency and instruct the Pentagon to construct a wall with funds from the military budget” - like every good dictator knows - but so frustrating, Trump’s not a dictator (yet!) and dang it, he’ll be immediately sued.

According to every good dictator, “the law enforcement practice of the Supreme Court works against the White House.”

Yes, Artem. They’re called “Checks and Balances.”

Then Kylushin gives Trump a Ted Talk on Gary Truman’s call for a State of Emergency in 1954. (read: use this!)
