1/n) Saw 2 excellent movies: Uri and The Accidental PM.

Dont go by the negative reviews in the media which could be possibly influenced by their ideological differences.

Dont go by the negative reviews in the media which could be possibly influenced by their ideological differences.
2/n) Uri is one of the best action movies to be made in Bollywood. It does potray events mostly well albeit with some "arstistic liberty" cases where some fiction was added for entertainment value especialy towards the end.
3/n) While it might not have Zero Dark Thirty type production value it has good VFX and sound. For e.g. one can hear different sounds of the assault rifles used by terrorists (harsh and loud noise of AK rifles) vs those used by Indian Para SF.
4/n) This shows that makers have paid attention to details (which Bollywood hasnt always done). Must watch for those who like action movies and/or defence enthusiasts.
5/n) The Accidental PM might be more intresting for folks with some intrest in politics though should be good watch for all. The film focusses on events under PM Manmohan Singh and the palace intrigue behind many important events during their 10 year tenure.
6/n) None of the incidents might raise any major eye brows as most of it is already well known in the public domain. At the end can can sense some propoganda creeping in but definitely not an out and out propoganda film as wrongly alleged by many. Must watch for political junkies
7/n) Anupam Kher has done well potraying Dr Singh but the show stealer in this movie is Akshaye Khanna no doubt!
