Supreme Court denies challenge to Whitaker appointment. No one else is telling you that 12 other challenges are pending in 9 other District/Circuit courts, by 16 different law firms/groups including Mueller. All challenges are attempts to appoint Rosenstein as Attorney General.

Constitutionally Its not up to them. Understand the gravity of it. We have district and circuit judges completely out of control. Add that on top of there being 13 different cases, in 10 different jurisdictions.
