Mansplain is the first refuge of moral cowards who can't hold a civilized argument. What I did was smart-splaining may be, I am sure these would have been just as obtuse even if they were men.
The purpose of using the term mansplain isn't making a point in an argument. The purpose is shutting down debate by accusing, nay, convicting a man of sexism , simply for disagreeing with you. These people are the real traitors to the cause of non left liberalism.
even the most casual search on internet will show enough feminists (the skin in the game kind) writing why they, as women, find the term insulting. And almost everyone is unanimous on the fact that this term was designed to win argument simply by silencing men. And of course for
that to work, you had to create background as to why silencing a man was a good thing. About a year ago I had talked about the convenient libs in India who break to the right only as a result of the recent electoral outcomes. 4 these people, immoral, liberty restricting arguments
designed by far left in order to control discourse were ok as long as they are the ones getting to use it. The Indian non-left needs to guard itself against such impulses. A movement using words like mansplain and invoking the sexism card at the drop of a hat isn't going 2 remain
a people's movement forever. the joke will be on us when we are forced to sing Who's "meet the new boss , same as the old boss"
ok, rant over. Back to #AusOpen then...
