Below are 3,452 pages of $TSLA documents from CalOSHA in four parts due to file size.
Part 1 (1,000 pages): plainsite.org/realitycheck/t…
Part 2 (1,000 pages): plainsite.org/realitycheck/t…
Part 3 (1,000 pages): plainsite.org/realitycheck/t…
Part 4 (452 pages): plainsite.org/realitycheck/t…
CalOSHA has not yet provided documents on pending matters. This would seem to contradict Musk and Shelby on the Q3 2018 earnings call.
Another obvious lie to $TSLA investors. Lost your leg at the car factory? It's just a "scratch."
Hard to argue that Shelby didn't know what was going on with all of this given that her business card appears in the documents.
This is more recent (late 2017).
There are also some small violations from 2018.
One employee has an "allergic reaction" to an adhesive according an inspector's notes, but the company provides no training on hazardous substances, fumes or adhesives.
In the 779 days between these two incident reports, the unique identifier incremented by 12,787. In other words, in the approximately two years from mid-2015 to mid-2017, Tesla had about as many incident reports as it had from the time it started tracking until mid-2015.
On average, that's exactly 16 reports per day.
