CalOSHA has not yet provided documents on pending matters. This would seem to contradict Musk and Shelby on the Q3 2018 earnings call.
Another obvious lie to $TSLA investors. Lost your leg at the car factory? It's just a "scratch."
Hard to argue that Shelby didn't know what was going on with all of this given that her business card appears in the documents.
This is more recent (late 2017).
There are also some small violations from 2018.
One employee has an "allergic reaction" to an adhesive according an inspector's notes, but the company provides no training on hazardous substances, fumes or adhesives.
In the 779 days between these two incident reports, the unique identifier incremented by 12,787. In other words, in the approximately two years from mid-2015 to mid-2017, Tesla had about as many incident reports as it had from the time it started tracking until mid-2015.
On average, that's exactly 16 reports per day.

Our third Reality Check report: Facebook, Inc. $FB. We link the company's origins to the Cambridge Analytica affair, and find that over 50% of Facebook accounts are very likely fake, despite Facebook's many false and self-contradictory disclosures. plainsite.org/realitycheck/f…
These findings have implications for United States national security and for $FB investors. Although the exact percentage of fake accounts is impossible to pin down, what is clear is that the company has been lying for years, and its lawyers know that it has.
The key table: what is actually going with $FB's fake account problem? Mostly, Facebook won't say. It stopped reporting quarterly numbers in its SEC filings long ago. There may be an update next week. Otherwise, the numbers make no sense whatsoever and are couched in disclaimers.

$TSLA and/or Dr. Besh just lied in their (made by Dr. Besh sent via Tesla PR) statement to @cfarivar about Access Omnicare physician Dr. Muhannad S. Hafi. In other parts, it's incredibly misleading. Here's how Tesla is trying to distract from reality.
First of all, here's the timeline:
8/17/2017 - Dr. Muhannad S. Hafi sued in Alameda County Superior Court (see plainsite.org/dockets/38on2i…)
11/2/2017 - Dr. Hafi formally accused by MBC (see plainsite.org/realitycheck/t…)
1/26/2018 - @Reveal records show Dr. Hafi sees $TSLA employee patient
Lie #1: "He was never part of our team at the Tesla Health Center." Yes he was, according to at least one ex-Access Omnicare employee, Anna Watson. If this is a semantic game where Tesla is technically saying he didn't work on-site at the factory, so what?

Who would want to work for Access Omnicare, $TSLA's medical provider examined by @Reveal? Well, probably a doctor like Muhannad S. Hafi, MD. In January 2018 He examined this patient described in Reveal's story, and recommended "FULL DUTY, no modifications" after an accident.
A few months before, he'd been sued for malpractice. plainsite.org/dockets/38on2i…

A small story:

By temperament, Consort fixes things. A classic middle child, he is eternally convinced an accord can be reached, and that he is the person to broker this detente. More often than not, he accomplishes this.
His very job - interim CFO for start-ups- is an exercise in mediation. He is slotted between the young men in hoodies and the bankers who fund them, because neither side entirely trusts the other, but both sides understand Consort will safely steer them through the shoals.
He also fixes things around the house.

I was at another consultation about arts and disability strategy. This time it was the federal and state ministers for culture seeking comment on the refresh of a 10 year old strategy. The voices in the room were incredibly intelligent and articulate. Mix of orgs and artists.
Roughly 25% of the 20 or so participants were artists, which is a little lower than I'd like but comment can be given online and remotely. arts.gov.au/have-your-say/…
Responses to what needed to happen to the strategy were unanimous. No one disagreed with the ideas put forward. Here were some of those ideas and focus areas we as a group put forward:
