J Rees Mogg suggesting Government suspends Commons ahead of Article 50 to enforce No Deal exit:

“If Commons undermines our basic constitutional conventions then Executive is entitled to use other vestigial constitutional means to stop it, by which I basically mean prorogation”
... it sounds as though this is more of a challenge to the PM to stand up to Speaker/Opposition and rebels legislating to rule out No Deal, says PM has this ultimate power to stop them and so will be ultimately responsible. If she allows it he says MPs will hold her to account.
Probably an enterprising MP drafting a procedural amendment to remove power of prorogation Commons from Number 10...
Rees Mogg now not expecting all necessary laws/SIs to have been passed before Brexit Day...
