When govt wants to set you up, they can do it perfectly, you’d be shocked the extent they can go trying to bring you down.

I have read the petitions, saw multiple cash deposits of $10,000, $5,000 etc.

Till date, I have not seen the acclaimed “confession” statement of the CJN.

I can’t judge the CJN unless his case is decided following due process. Now whether the due process is slow or not, it has to be followed. Due process is due process, whether is it fast or not.

Now, let me go into what we all pretend we don’t know. The govt is powerful, controls every Fed/state apparatus, civil & military, the biggest spender. The FG is even more powerful & dangerous if it is headed by a man like Buhari who is a hater of democracy, justice & equity.

Accounts could be opened in your name, using your details & Money paid into your accounts using your name/phone number.
They’ll make sure you don’t get alert.
A corpse could be buried in your home to get you charged for murder. If you don’t know, know it now, your FG can kill you

This is what any govt in the world could do to get obstacles off their path. CIA, KGB etc comes to mind.
The issue of Justice Onnoghen is simple, and after analyzing these thread, you will know where the hit on Justice Onnoghen is coming from & why.

Buhari is not a new student in Tyranny & dictatorship. In fact he is a god in that school, an unrepentant one at that.
When he got sworn in, he made a statement which everyone cheered, “I belong to no one & I belong to everyone”. Every Nigerian cheered him on...

..believing he is a changed man who is determine to give good governance this time around.
Rather than hit the ground running, he waited 6 months to appoint ministers.
Rather than apply federal character in his appointment, he applied Tribalism, impunity, hegemony.

All service chiefs are from the same region in a democratic setting?, it was an aberration that didn’t go down well with majority of Nigerians. Day in day out, Buhari continue to show Nigerians that we are not one even till date (97%/5%)
Rather than focus of good governance...

..Buhari continued to blame the past, blame GEJ, continued to lie, every apparatus of the FG was converted into a lying & hunting machine. Government agencies now try to outsmart one another in lying for the FG and worship of Buhari.
Our economy was failing, they kept lying,...

Security was failing and even got worse than what we had before Buhari came in. Nigerians were fooled by their lies, power generation got worse, they came with lies, debt profile increased to double digits, they lied.
They forgot that lies don’t last forever.. Buhari failed.

Virtually every sector in our system failed, APC/Buhari failed in their promises, they failed in governance, they failed in uniting the country even after the elections, they failed in health care. We buy fuel at 145, yet we pay double the subsidy they once called “Fraud”

“Every failure is the seamless smooth highway that leads to defeat, if you don’t veer off that highway, you end up defeated”.
Buhari & his party have failed, colossal failures I would called them.
Now it would be a shame if they were kicked out after 4 years, it would be..

..a confirmation that they were never prepared for leadership & are not fit to run any Nation, even Kenya. It would be the biggest embarrassment of any party to suffer defeat after its first tenure.

APC had to do everything humanly & spiritually possible to stay in ...

..power, even if it means burning down Nigeria, I see that they don’t mind because that is the body language we are seeing right now.
APC had to get every FG apparatus to their side, led by folks from the North, same region as the president’s. From the Police, to Army, DSS..

..NIA, EFCC, CCB, INEC, CCT. No arm of FG was speared by Buhari & his cabals, the only one that portends a grave danger was the office of the CJN. It was in the hands of a southerner (5%) who they perceived might not dance with them & their intentions to hold power if defeated.

Whilst they set their motion in place to oust Justice Onnoghen, VP Osibajo was sent out to start Tradermoni in order to appease the general public whom they have failed. The tradermoni project gained momentum, cheered by Nigerians, VP was moving from state to state, LG by LG..

...sharing money, collecting data etc. APC thought they would be able to consolidate grip on power using votes of the gullible who dance around like masquerade in the market square because of money that’s even less than 10k naira. Then came criticism on the project, backlash....

...from every well meaning Nigerian. The criticism broke the camels back, it wasn’t so adviceable to run with the tradermoni project alone, they had to slow down.
In the impending danger of losing the elections, they thought that the election result might be a very close call....

...that would require judicial advocacy to resolve at the Supreme Court, plot was finalized to remove Justice Onnoghen & replace him with their northern stooge.
The plot was hatched, lots of hatchet jobs done here & there, within 3 days, Buhari sought to step down Onnoghen...

This is the same Buhari that didn’t deem it fit to step SGF down even when there was a senate report indicting him. Only ignorants would see this as fight against corruption. It is not a fight against corruption, but a fight to keep APC in power, simple...

It’s possible the elections might end up in Supreme Court, this is the reason why they had to do everything possible to get Justice Onnoghen out of the way, they needed to clear him off their path.

It’s only a failed Govt that would be this desperate & lawless.

Think with your brain, count your teeth with you tongue, Government is too powerful.
In this Justice Onnoghen case, they’ll not succeed, the arguments are clear, laws have been quoted, explored, breached. Buhari has NO right nor such powers to suspend Justice Onnoghen. Simple.

Government have shown us the petition against him, they claim he made “confessional statement” agreeing he owned the account but forgot to declare it.

Where is that “confessional statement” duly signed by Onnoghen, is it not important that they keep such record?

Onnoghen may be corrupt, may be innocent as charged. But then, we cannot judge yet until the case gets full judicial attention as it were, via due process.
If Onnoghen’s pronounced guilty, so be it, straight to jail.
We must strive to sustain our democracy/values, no matter what.
