Let's just be clear about this disgrace of a so called "documentary" about #MichaelJackson that they want to show @sundancefest (Thread)

It's based on the lies of two men whose cases were already *thrown out* of court. They lied under oath and submitted forged "evidence".

Wade Robson is a serial liar who was shopping for a book deal before he even filed his fraudulent case and had hired a literary agent. Does that sound like something you'd do if you truly were a victim of something like that?

He was on record - on the stand - to a substantial degree during the Arvizo trial that Michael was innocent. Then Michael dies, there's MILLIONS of dollars on the table and he suddenly "remembers". What an absolute crock of shit.

Haters might say that maybe something happened once and he blocked it out. Nope. Robson also claimed that things happened "every single night". Liar.

So you forgot about things that you claim happened every night until 25 years later and then when you suddenly remembered your first step was to hire an agent? Nice try.

Now let's talk about the story from the "security guard" that claims he saw MJ and Wade in the shower. Wade emailed the article to his mother when that was first published - her response? "Wow... None of that is true"

When he was asked to provide evidence and documents, Wade fully redacted 70 emails between himself and family members on the basis of "attorney-client privilege". Except his family members are not lawyers 🙄

For these and other laughably transparent things such as Wade petitioning the MJ Estate for work right up until filing his lawsuit (but after writing his book? So you're still trying to get work from the Estate of the man you claim abused you?) his case was thrown out of court.

Now let's talk about Jimmy Safechuck. Another one who wants money. He files his lawsuit when he learns about the one from Wade. Free money for everyone who once met Michael, right?

His case was also thrown out of court for him being obviously full of shit.

It was Joe Pytka, the director of "The Way You Make Me Feel" video who cast Jimmy for a Pepsi commercial with Michael, so let's hear what he has to say on the matter.

"Jimmy’s mother was a very together woman and would never have allowed anything untoward to happen to her son. 

It wasn’t until Wade Robson sued the estate after Michael’s death that Jimmy did as well."

"There was no evidence ever of any wrongdoing and it was curious that there were these "discoveries" twenty five years after the fact and only when great sums of money were in view. Jimmy's case had far passed the statute of limitations, but that doesn't matter to the greedy."

So what do you do when your attempts to extort money from a dead man's Estate don't work and you get laughed out of court? Make a documentary and try to get a slot at @sundancefest by the looks of it.

But let's remember what Michael said - "Lies run sprints, but the truth runs marathons".

What you must remember is that during the trial, the entire media was complicit in trying to bring MJ down. They gleefully rubbed their hands at the sheer amount of stories they might be able to write if he was found guilty & practically fell over themselves implying his guilt.

Not just the media but the system too. We know all about the corrupt DA, Tom Sneddon and his attempts at planting fraudulent evidence. It's all well covered ground.

So with all that in mind, if there was even a single shred of credible evidence from anywhere during that trial, it would have been jumped on and properly investigated. But as we know, Michael was correctly found to be innocent. Justice prevailed.

So that leads us to where we are now. Bullshit documentaries about provable lies, that should be stopped under libel and slander but will be covered by the thin mask of "artistic license". Sundance, Wade, Jimmy, and everyone involved - you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Michael - you gave everything you had to this world and you made us all believe in magic. You deserve so much more than this, just as you did in life, and we will never stop fighting for you. We love you, forever ♥️
