We have done our homework using Blockchain technology and have prepared to revolutionize the industry once we have sorted out legislation which is the first step to most innovation within the institutional framework in a Republic. It is what Intellectual property is to invention.
All the sectors of the economy will be boosted and the need for indoctrination will be jettisoned. There is no point cramming and memorizing for cardboards (Certificates) when you can simply apply yourselves and think independently. We can make this happen.
