Forcefully deduct money from the salaries of poor Kenyans for an affordable housing scheme that no one still knows how it would work. Forcing even those with houses to save for a house. Will the collected funds be used as a guarantee scheme, securitization or refinancing tool?
Buy a few buses with no supporting infrastructure. Draw luminous lines on the wrong side of the road and force those with cars to abandon them on some days. Will it work? You know the answer.
Take price of diesel to the same level as super and reduce the demand for diesel leading to lower revenues for the government from the product. If you can't regulate, strangulate it!
What happened to the good old fashioned public making process? Agenda building, Policy formulation, Policy adoption, Policy implementation, Policy evaluation, and Policy termination?
