Whitaker prepared for hours for this hearing in practice moot court sessions. And still, he’s doing terribly, just proving he’s unfit to be Attorney General. It’s another embarrassing low point for US under Trump, installing ppl into top govt jobs b/c they sound+/look good on TV.
“What are you doing here??” GOP Lesko calls Whitaker hearing a joke, a sad political smear accomplishing nothing. Then launches into sweeping abortion distortion about Northam, Cuomo, & wants DOJ to investigate the “black babies” killed by abortion crimes b/c she has relatives…

Demonizing the press is a regular part of every Trump rally. He leads angry anti-media chants to discredit their truth—while they're in the arena working silently. He whips up hate then pretends resulting violence is an unrelated "altercation." It's a Trump-induced tort, @BBCNews

Wow indeed! Bamford's piece on Butina echoes top Kremlin talking points—anti-Russia hysteria (Russophobia), mere private idealistic Russian citizen (Putin called GRU hackers private patriots). He also mirrors Trump/GOP anti-media & anti-govt line. Mindsets are stubborn things😕

Is it just me, or did the guy look more like a lost bouncer in a suit than an acting Attorney General of the United States?
Whitaker did political hit work for a front group called FACT that does not reveal its donors.

Today he admitted that its donor was Donors Trust, an entity that hides the identity of right-wing donors.

That means the unknown real donor hid behind two entities.
Double-layered deception? Who tries that hard to hide? Not anyone up to any good.

We need to keep digging — “follow the money.” And look how touchy #Republicans were about this!!
