4. People’s needs differ for reasons ranging from gender, temperament (Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholy, and Phlegmatic) and love languages (Physical touch, acts of service, words of affirmation, gifts, and quality time). #Love
5. Let’s look at such needs as it relates to temperaments; Sanguine - We need to validate their strengths, validate their emotions, spend quality time with them; be present and listen to them when they talk. #Love
6. Choleric - Recognise their achievements, let them take on tasks and responsibilities, minimize emotional outbursts around them; to avoid conflict negotiate with them, and do special things for them. #Love
