To be fair, the argument that President Trump doesn't know what he's talking about is one his administration has made repeatedly (and successfully) in federal court.

We're on the opposite side of one of those cases, so I suppose we're constrained to say that we disagree.
(It seems to me to be an unusual state of affairs when @usatoday is the one trying to persuade a court that the president should be presumed to know what he's talking about, and the Justice Department is saying he doesn't.)
The difference is that when @brithume argues President Trump doesn’t know what he’s talking about it’s with regard to history.

When the Justice Department has made that same argument it’s been about current national security matters.

It looks like President Trump will be on to his third attorney general today. The Senate vote is currently 52-36 in favor of confirming William Barr.
Now 54-39 and they're still voting.
The Senate vote is final. William Barr, who once said working on the Russia investigation on behalf of President Trump would be like putting his "head into the meat grinder," will now be in charge of it.

Their complaint is that CNN had obtained a copy of the indictment by 6:22 a.m. The Justice Department posted a copy four minutes earlier.
Stone’s lawyers also complain that the indictment was still sealed when CNN (and the entire world) obtained it. But the order that sealed the indictment said that it would be unsealed upon Stone’s arrest, which was about 15 minutes before DOJ posted it. documentcloud.org/documents/5694…
The dumbest part of this whole conspiracy is the idea that CNN must have had advance notice of a Mueller indictment but decided to sit on the scoop.
