This is extraordinary, on a basic psychological level. Just say: "I'm sorry, I got that bit wrong." Just say it. How insecure do you have to be to so desperately avoid it?
And sweet lord, the evasion. First saying he'd been promised it wouldn't be raised. Then pulling the old sorry-for-causing-offence line. I mean, give me a fucking break. And even then refusing to explicitly accept it is factually wrong.
And then claiming it is due to Twitter's character limit. Monstrous buffoon. Honestly it is one of the shame-faced performances I have seen in some time, and that's saying something.

Almost brought tears to my eyes seeing the kids protest in Parliament Square early. Such an obvious, unalloyed good to have young people invested in politics and demand change.
Therefore completely unsurprising to log onto Twitter and find a bunch of stale middle aged bores slagging them off.
The sight of young people demanding a better world will always cause outrage in adults too unimaginative, foolish and sel-interested to demand it themselves.

Even when enrollees choose in-network facilities, a meaningful share of inpatient admissions result in the patient receiving a claim from an out-of-network provider.
Emergency care is much more likely to include a claim from an out-of-network provider. This is true whether or not enrollees use in-network facilities.

When dealing with @comcast @xfinity security department you'll be routed to call centers in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica where you will be asked personal information like social sec number and even debit card numbers #Insecure
If someone attempts to breach your account, you'll be locked out and sent to one of these call centers outside the United States. This means you'll be giving your info to people hired by @comcast @xfinity but not covered by United States law if they steal your information.
For 3 days I have been working to help someone get their @comcast @xfinity account straightened out and repeatedly they wait on the phone for up to 20min to be answered by call centers where language barriers mixed with insecure data have become a problem.

I feel like driving up some controversy, so how about a thread of Hot Takes/Unpopular Opinions! You know the drill, one like = one take/opinion.

Start easy: the blunt awkwardness/cringe of 'Blurryface' is the point of taking the piss out of Tyler. I stand by my light 9/10.
2. I don't hate Nickelback's 'Dark Horse' - it's easily a record for them at their most tasteless, but the frat-bro swagger of it helps some of their better hooks.
3. 'Fireflies' by Owl City is a genuinely terrific song that captures precocious, starry-eyed wonderment better than few others in the 2000s.

It is SPECTACULARLY lame, but that's why it works.

At the end of her epic ted talk, @BreneBrown says that one of the most important things that we need to believe is that, "we are enough ... Because when we work from a place that says, 'I am enough, then we're kindler and gentler to the people around us and to ourselves."
What's fascinating about this idea is that it keeps coming up as a factor in breakdowns in human interactions. I find this to be true in pop culture (stories in film) and in real life. Breakdown happens when one or more individuals in a situation believe they are not enough.
When a person believes they are not enough, she often overcompensates for her insecurity by projecting her own flaws onto others or over-emphasizing her own flaws as more grandiose or important than they actually are. This often takes the form of bullying, self-harm, or both.
