Here is a National Rally MP blatantly saying that they subtly infiltrated the #GiletsJaunes movement to promote their agenda and hope they'll have result at the EU elections. (Also that they want no #GiletsJaunes in politics because they would lose votes.)

So it's like Brexit: Whatever happens, the society has been divided, extremism has been boosted -An ideal platform to open the way to fascism and blow the EU from the inside in the next elections. Then the removal of human rights &environmental protection will be a piece of cake.

If Brexit happens, it will be catastrophic. I'm not sure blaming the EU would be enough to fuel far right anti-EU campaigners: It could on the contrary help pro-EU campaigners.
Stopping it instead would fuel Farage's rhetoric.
