#wardleymapping #wardleymaps lets look a little bit more about the details and what was commodity. first mistake: we dont need digital marketing competencies. developer - good at java - doesnt know much about digital marketing. only a few hundret visits in a month
#wardleymapping #wardleymaps second thing. they hire a system management specialist. who manages the servers (virus protection, devops etc.) waste a lot of money
#wardleymapping #wardleymaps third thing. they devolped own connectors to dealer databases - not using products - and so on
#wardleymapping #wardleymaps fourth thing. A lot of Tools are build inhouse and are not shifiting to more evolution and the results are: spend millions, dealers quitt, bad repuation. the irony of the story, the lead developer still thinks he built a good system.
