NEW: Details of Elizabeth Warren's universal child care policy being released tomorrow -- it would guarantee child care from birth until the time children enter school, and be paid for by Warren's proposed "wealth tax."
Warren's proposal would create a federal program that establishes a network of public and family-run centers. The care would be free for families with incomes below 200% of the poverty level – about $51,500 for a family of four.
This is a clear indication that Warren's proposed tax proposal is clearly a major component of Warren’s overall platform -- her advisers say other proposals paid for by wealth tax revenue are expected

And remember that Warren got married at 19 and soon after had two kids. She believes that more than once, her career almost went off track because of child care challenges
What Warren said in Vegas this weekend: “I still remember vividly the day the babysitter quit and what it was like to scramble to find somebody else. And it’s just gotten harder since then."
