They’re going to call us “socialist” no matter WHAT we do.
When we’re taunted as “socialist,” it means the sociopaths and pathological hoarders are scared.
Put every practical goal on the table. Don’t fear name-calling.

Put every practical goal on the table. Don’t fear name-calling.
“Will it work?” and “Is it sustainable?” should be our policy evaluation tests, not “will someone find a way to call it socialist?” Free markets are not going to to disappear if we publicly fund child care. Govt isn’t going to take over factory ownership if we fund college.
Remember, these people who use “socialist” as an epithet also think “Democrat” is the worst thing you can be called. They’re not protecting free markets. They’re protecting dynastic hierarchy of hoarded extreme wealth, and a caste system in which they sit at the peak.
