@HHSGov @transscribe @mlaurahuss In 2017, 12 percent of #TitleX patients were men, 54 percent of Title X patients were white, 22 percent Black, and 33 percent Latinx, meaning that a disproportionate number of Black and Latinx people are receiving services through Title X.
