ill presumably never do it, but im very intrigued that people are actually doing this all meat diet thing + not having their "numbers" on readouts like this skyrocket. i actually knew a guy who ate only raw meat (irl, saw him do it). whats the deal with all this? any doctors here
the people ive known or have heard about doing this all meat thing usually told me they had something weird wrong with them, and then eating only meat fixed it, so ive always kind of assumed these people have something "up" with their bodies that the all meat diet compensates for
the guy i knew who ate only raw meat (wasnt friends with the guy just was in a friend group with him for a minute) was telling me all this stuff about all plant material actually being bad for you, idk, i just could buy it honestly, whats ur guys vibe on all this?
