I just RT'ed the many Jared Kushner stories re:
-state & federal investigations into his family business
-his covert meetings with foreign leaders
-recent loans from foreign govt-linked banks

This is beyond revoking his clearance or #FireKushner. Why hasn't he been indicted?

Per a foreign intelligence official, a flight manifest shows Kushner envoy Rick Gerson was on a plane to Seychelles ahead of Erik Prince's meeting w Prince MBZ, Putin envoy Dmitriev, Nader & UAE officials, who considered Gerson to be "Kushner's guy."
Jan 2018: Intelligence officials became concerned that the Chinese govt was seeking to use business inducements to influence Kushner’s views. Chinese envoys couldn’t believe Kushner was so compliant and eager to mix policy & business interests.
Feb 2018: Officials in at least 4 countries [including UAE, China, Israel, & Mexico] have privately discussed ways they can manipulate Jared Kushner to their advantage by exploiting his financial difficulties and lack of foreign policy experience.
Aug 2018: As one arm of Brookfield bails out Kushner's 666 Bldg for $700M, another arm of Brookfield wins Trump admin's approval on its acquisition of nuclear-power company Westinghouse, which would benefit from Trump admin/Kushner's Saudi/nuclear plan.
Feb 19, 2019: Lawmakers warn that “Trump admin’s [illegal] efforts to transfer sensitive US nuclear technology to the Saudis appear to be ongoing...Jared Kushner may try to advance the plan during his visit to Saudi Arabia.”
Feb 26: Jared meets with MBS.

Jared Kushner has spent millions of taxpayer dollars on the "peace plan" he was tasked to broker, which is already behind schedule. During this time, his family business received hundreds of millions of dollars in "loans" from Israel (a fact this WaPo piece skips mentioning).
2. No Jared Kushner-brokered “Mideast Peace Plan” yet, however, Kushner family also received a bailout on their most troubled business investment (made by Jared in 2007) headache - a $1.4 billion mortgage on “666 5th Avenue” that was due in February 2019. money.cnn.com/2018/08/03/new…
3. Brookfield Asset Management paid the rent for Kushners’ 666 5th Avenue boondoggle for the entire 99-year term upfront. The largest investor in Brookfield? Qatar’s sovereign fund (Kushner Sr had approached Qatar for a bailout for 666 just weeks after Trump’s inauguration).

1/ It can be tempting to regard Jared Kushner as a little twerp, an undeserving nebbish who bought his way into Harvard yet somehow gets to boink Ivanka and also run the country. Let’s put that stupid narrative aside.
2/ Kushner is arguably the most egregious lawbreaker & evildoer in all of Trump’s Cell Bock D of an administration. He is more criminal mastermind than schlemiel. Not a GOOD criminal mastermind, but still. What is already publicly known is enough to convict him many times over.
