That is a partisan poll for a primary. It's not abnormal to oversample the party you are targeting. It is abnormal/dishonest to sell it as a representative poll.
They polled 600RVs, > 300 Dems. We'll interview 300 Hispanics.
Ask a few Qs:
1. Who sourced the data?
2. What collection modes were used?
3. How did they weight the data? (watch for region and education)
Etcetera.
Transparency is the correct path forward for this industry.
