Today the US Treasury added new names & entities to the sanctions list

"Treasury Sanctions Russia over Continued Aggression in Ukraine"

Deripaska's lawsuit claims:

"Defendants have not provided sufficient notice for their determination that Deripaska meets the definition of an 'oligarch'”

And the term is "arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion" & "not in accordance with law"

I'll be going over it in real time right now and pointing out things that I see, but you should really read the article and this thread yourself as well.

From the analysis portion, McCabe seems to have been blindsided by the appointment of Mueller. I hate the witch hunt, it should have been shut down a long time ago, but RR appointing someone to get the investigation away from the corrupt FBI agents running it was a good idea.

1/ Dana Rohrabacher is commonly supposed to be a Kremlin intermediary. He has a Kremlin code name; supports every Kremlin utterance on sanctions and much else; and was discussed on tape by the current and *also* the (likely) next leading House Republican as being "paid" by Putin.
2/ A few weeks before Trump's April 27th, 2016 Mayflower speech—a speech scheduled by Manafort the moment he seized power of the Trump campaign around April 19th—Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak asked Dana Rohrabacher to meet with one of Putin's "closest confidants" in Moscow.

To be clear, there are no circumstances under which Mueller could have named Trump as a target right now; it'd be as good as saying Mueller thinks Trump committed a crime (and given the present menu of crimes, an impeachable one) months before he's ready. washingtonpost.com/politics/muell…
2/ In telling Trump he's not presently a target, Mueller buys himself time—as Trump will dine out on not being the target of a federal criminal investigation (yet) for weeks and weeks (as if it's some sort of achievement). But by the end, Trump *will* be charged with Obstruction.
3/ If he'd named Trump a target, his shot at a voluntary interview would've (of course) disappeared. Mueller saying he's preparing a public report is smart: 1) it's not technically in his power, but 2) it makes Trump look—even more—like he's hiding something if he fires Mueller.
