Oleg Deripaska is suing the US Treasury, Mnuchin, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Andrea Gacki the head of OFAC for placing Deripaska on the sanctions list
Today the US Treasury added new names & entities to the sanctions list

"Treasury Sanctions Russia over Continued Aggression in Ukraine"

Deripaska's lawsuit claims:

"Defendants have not provided sufficient notice for their determination that Deripaska meets the definition of an 'oligarch'”

And the term is "arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion" & "not in accordance with law"

Todays lawsuit from Deripaska claiming his designation as an 'oligarch' is incorrect reminds me of this push back from Len Blavatnik's lawyers who informed The Guardian the term oligarch didn't apply to him. The Guardian editor-in-chief disagreed.

But how can article on Parscale the digital director NOT mention Cambridge Analytica once?

Or the Russian troll farm & vast social media manipulation in 2016?

Does Parscale grant interviews on condition article won't mention Cambridge Analytica? How does this happen twice?
What's so infuriating is the focus of profile on Parscale describes how large, well-funded & efficient Trump's 2020 campaign is - operations merged with the RNC to harness even more power - and the campaign is DATA DRIVEN

2. Deripaska is the CEO of Rusal, the biggest aluminum company in Russia. Ivan Glasenberg, CEO of Glencore, is a nominal control shareholder; sits on the Rusal board. Glencore owns 8.75% in Rusal. Glencore participated in Rosneft privatization in Dec 2016.

Washington – The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today extended further the expiration date of certain general licenses related to EN+ Group plc (EN+), United Company RUSAL PLC (RUSAL), and GAZ Group (GAZ).
These General Licenses 13H, 14D, 15C, and 16D amend their previous versions by extending the expiration date from January 7, 2019, to January 21, 2019, for transactions related to the companies and their subsidiaries.
