Not sure what has happened but major police presence at Harrison and Caesar Chavez, cops are aiming at and talking to this guy
Area residents are not having it
There are a dozen cop cars, tactical gear, a waiting ambulance 
He’s got a pole? In his hand but seems to be mentally ill maybe. I hope they will just wait him out
Had to go because Cannage was barking at the police dogs, an added stress factor nobody needs. Hope they just wait him out
5 hrs later can't find anything in news about this incident, so hopefully it resolved peacefully...
