From 2004-2016, the Milstein Family Foundation gave at least $4.4 million to groups in the United States and Israel that work to solidify the U.S.-Israel alliance and harshly attack critics of Israeli policy.
He funds groups that accuse student activists of ties to terrorists, monitor student supporters of Palestinian rights, plaster students’ names on shadowy websites, and file legal challenges that pose a threat to activist work. All while he tweets out Islamophobic rhetoric
Milstein donated $1,000 to student election campaigns of two pro-Israel activists at UCLA. But I found his involvement goes deeper: He bankrolled college student trips to AIPAC conference and invited students to his house in a wealthy LA suburb to schmooze with pro-Israel donors
He has also funded the election campaigns of politicians across the United States--including a number of prominent Senate Democrats like Kamala Harris, Kirsten Gillibrand, Ron Wyden and more. These are some of the politicians this anti-Muslim, pro-Israel donor has given to: 
But arguably, his greatest impact is through the Israeli-American Council, a group he co-founded, sits on the board of as its chair, and has given over $230,000 to. The IAC has been instrumental in the passage of anti-BDS laws that attack Americans' right to boycott Israel.
I sent multiple e-mails @AdamMilstein and his PR person, and called up his foundation to ask for an interview. I got no response.
