@PeteButtigieg also discussed the idea of tweaking 'Medicare for all' to an initial rollout of 'Medicare for all who want it' - aside from discussing the details and merits of the concept - the simplicity of the wording and how easy it is to understand is impressive
I'm not religious but admire how @PeteButtigieg discusses his compassionate faith, about protecting the poor and marginalized and welcoming the stranger, welcoming the immigrant in this video - his words remind me of the moral leadership of @RevDrBarber

1) Some thoughts on unit economics (and why they are so important). I think founders don't spend enough time thinking about this from Day 1 but really should.
2) tl;dr: you really need the spread between Lifetime value (LTV) and cost-to-acquire a customer (CAC) to be AS BIG AS POSSIBLE. The reality is that your CAC often goes up so you need as much buffer between these 2 numbers as you can get.
3) An example of this is that 3 years ago, I backed a company whose CAC was $4 at the time and today, their CAC is $35! You might think this is a bad thing, but it works well for their business, because their LTV is super high.

Well, yeah. That’s been the end game all along. The countries hit hardest by the disinformation crises have been NATO allies and their trading partners.
I suspected that's what was going on back even when Brexit was happening. What's better to keep countries preoccupied than internal crises? What's the best way to spark internal crises than to just rip open barely-healed sociopolitical wounds?
That's hybrid war and how it works, and it certainly does work. So what does the United States do in response? Fucks up journalism even more. Nice work all around folks

Many people do not understand how consent or personal boundaries work. People who refuse to acknowledge that crossing other people's stated boundaries is a violation cannot be trusted not to do exactly that. They do not think it's A Bad Thing, so they don't choose not to do it.
This is why @Arisia's president does not think he is rapist. He chooses to believe (& tell other people) that he didn't do anything wrong when he chose to do a thing Crystal had clearly stated she did not consent to. He knows he did it, he just doesn't think it's bad.

1. You would think after 14 months of constant attacks that Trump supporters would begin to see the pattern. This entire omnibus bill narrative is nothing but the nevertrump GOP faction using the bill to attack Trump and try to drive a wedge between Trump and his supporters.
2. Think about it. The media is all on the same page. The "conservative establishment" is all on the same page. A lot of big time nevertrumpers voted NO on this bill like Flake, Corker and Sasse.
3. Spending and immigration are items near and dear to Trump's base. Those two items are what is being talked about negatively where this bill is concerned.
