The Court of Appeals reinstated Adnan's conviction based in large part on the strength of the State's case from Jay & cell records showing that Adnan buried Hae in Leakin Park shortly after 7pm.

Hae had fixed frontal lividity with clear pressure marks caused from unknown objects on her chest. She could not have been buried on her side (nor any other way) at 7:15pm on Jan 13th. #TheCaseAgainstAdnanSyed
The Baltimore Police must have known this evidence destroyed their case against Adnan. Because not a single police report describing the position of Hae's body can be found in the BPD's file. #TheCaseAgainstAdnanSyed
There is no valid reason to refuse to document the position of a murder victim's body. No valid reason for the forensic anthropologist brought to document the scene to fail to document a single thing about what he found. #TheCaseAgainstAdnanSyed
