The colorblind/Nazi coalition who imply that intellectual diversity is far more important than racial diversity miss the very point.

The point: The marginalized are RESPONDING to centuries of racial and religious oppression.

The point. They missed it.
Without properly explaining diversity or reasserting it’s proper meaning, it kinda gives it the appearance of being a crayon thing.

But, it's much more than a crayon thing.

It’s an ideas thing.
Hate is an intense feeling.
Not liking hate is also a feeling.
But, why don’t you like it?

That requires an explanation.

In other words, to be Rev. Martin Luther King is to be more than just a feeling, or even announcing one’s identity.

It’s more than that.
It wasn’t a crayon box that inspired King's ideas about justice and injustice.

That was St. Augustine — the Algerian Christian Berber, the AFRICAN father of WESTERN theology.
It was THIS - African - Berber who leaped across space-and-time to whisper to another AFRICAN.

“Brother Martin,
brother Martin,
can you hear my voice?”

Lex iniusta non est lex:

'An UNJUST law, is NO LAW AT ALL.’
“The marginalized did not create identity politics: their identities have been forced on them by dominant groups, and politics is the most effective method of revolt."

— Stacey Abrams
“... and politics is the most effective method of revolt."
