I share a few key ideas from each class that sparked conversation.
Class 22 looked at @CareerWiseCO's implementation of apprenticeships in Colorado & expansion to new states (case 319-001, forthcoming).



Class argued for statewide (need in rural areas even if more costly) & that SMEs are best to start (closer to communities & easier to involve)... but to grow, larger firms are necessary.
Noel feels a real urgency to do this - even if CWC's model isn't perfectly refined:
