Well here it is and as simple as I can make it. Sorry these graphics likely won't look good on small screens so please view on a decent sized laptop or desktop screen. This is as close to a "smoking gun" as anything we need to prove the

2. central point - that election numbers were not only doctored for last November's General Election in NC but completely fabricated in this instance.

3. Brawley was beaten by former Governor Hunt's granddaughter, Rachel. Included are the vote totals they received from Provisional ballots. These numbers have not changed since the evening of November 16th.

4. came from and I have highlighted in red those Provisional totals. Both files reflected in this and Photo 1 were downloaded by me on the morning of November 17th, the day after the canvass.

5. downloaded the following day, the 18th, for Mecklenburg County and it shows them reporting all Provisional Ballots as still "PENDING" in Column "M". Mecklenburg County would not report any final status to the State until sometime either later on the 18th or the

6. morning of the 19th. The file version I downloaded on the morning of the 19th is the first version that shows anything other than "PENDING". How could the State have known any outcome on the 17th that would not be reported to them for at least another day? This is

7. purely bogus data. It isn't just a matter of WHAT the data says, but WHEN it says it. Of course it isn't just the Brawley/Hunt race that is affected. EVERY race in Mecklenburg County where any candidate is shown as receiving any votes from Provisional Ballots is an

8. equally fabricated number.

I believe this meets the legal burden of probable cause that criminal conduct took place in the tabulation and reporting of election data from last November's election. Everything points to someone at the State level being responsible

9. for it since the data reported was in no way based on data submitted by the County. We will just have to see if someone in NC is willing to take this to a Grand Jury since no Prosecutor who is also elected by this same system can be completely impartial in
